KWB is the solution for renewable energy systems of premium quality. KWB invented fully automatic cleaning for wood-chip heating systems and the demountable and portable system. Additionally, the innovative company revolutionied the underfeed combustion system for pellet boilers. Their product portfolio includes pellet, firewood and wood-chip heating systems in the output range from 2.4 to 300 kW as well as comprehensive system accessories from storage tanks to chimney systems, solar thermal systems and heat pumps. Individual conveyor and storage systems complete the range and provide the possibility to optimally adapt the heating system to the structural circumstances at the customer's home. As a milestone towards the way to emission-free heating technology, all KWB systems are equipped with cleanEfficiency technology, which stands for lowest emission values, highest efficiency as well as perfect interaction of the construction and control elements. Due to the EPlus dust filter, fine dust - even with fluctuating fuel qualities - is a thing of the past.
All KWB Premium boilers are equipped with a demountable and portable system, which means that they can be dismantled into several modules. Hence, the boilers can be transported to almost any boiler room and can be installed even in narrow spaces.
The KWB crawling burner is a true all-rounder - the heart of the KWB Multifire wood-chip and pellet heating system and the Pelletfire Plus pellet heating system. The crawling burner does clean itself due to the fuel detection Plus, which automatically adapts the combustion control to changing fuel qualities. All parts of the crawling burner are manufactured in industrial quality and provide safety - for generations.
