  1. How can I search for experience tours?

    The website offers an overview of all participating companies. You can search for tours either by name, region or admission price. For this purpose, you can choose different paths – a list, grid or map.

  2. How much does an experience tour cost and when do I have to pay?

    Each company chooses if it offers the tours free of charge or with an admission fee. Often there are reductions for children, school pupils, apprentices and students. You pay for your tour directly at the company.

  3. Is it possible to visit an experience tours as an individual?

    Yes. If a company requires a minimum number of visitors for a tour, you can join a group. Answering your booking request, the company will suggest a date for the tour.

  4. I have booked an experience tour but cannot participate. What next?

    Please contact the respective company as soon as possible to cancel your booking.

  5. Can I participate in an experience tour without an appointment?

    Genereally, all companies ask you to book the tours in advance - otherwise a tour cannot be guaranteed. Often the tour guides are active employees of the company, who are not always flexible regarding time.

  6. Is there anything else I have to consider when taking part in an experience tour?

    The production areas of some companies may only be accessed with sturdy shoes. If stury shoes are mandatory, it will be indicated in the information about the respective tour.

  7. Are there also experience tours for younger children?

    Yes, some companies do offer tours for younger children. Please either read the profile page of the respective company or contact info@erlebniswelt-wirtschaft.at.

  8. Is is possible to visit more than one experience tour on the same day?

    Yes, but you have to book each tour individually. According to our experience, it is not advisable to visit more than two, maximum three tours per day.
