How can I search for experience tours?
The website offers an overview of all participating companies. You can search for tours either by name, region or admission price. For this purpose, you can choose different paths – a list, grid or map.
How much does an experience tour cost and when do I have to pay?
Each company chooses if it offers the tours free of charge or with an admission fee. Often there are reductions for children, school pupils, apprentices and students. You pay for your tour directly at the company.
Is it possible to visit an experience tours as an individual?
Yes. If a company requires a minimum number of visitors for a tour, you can join a group. Answering your booking request, the company will suggest a date for the tour.
I have booked an experience tour but cannot participate. What next?
Please contact the respective company as soon as possible to cancel your booking.
